If you simply access our website, if you neither register nor otherwise transmit information to us, general information is collected. These (server log files) include the type of browser you use, the operating system you use, domain name of your internet service provider, your IP address and other information. These are used exclusively for the purpose of ensuring a problem-free connection to the website and the smooth use of our website. Furthermore, the information is processed for the purpose of evaluating system security and stability or other purely administrative purposes. Although data is used for statistical purposes, it is not used to draw conclusions about your specific person.

Legal basis of the processing

The processing of your personal data is always based on our predominant legitimate interests (Art. 6 Para. 1 f) DSGVO) in optimising the functionality and stability of our website.

The provision of the aforementioned personal data is not required by law or contract. Without collecting your IP address, however, the service and functionality of our website cannot be guaranteed or individual services may be unavailable or only available in a limited way.

Cookies

Nature and purpose of the processing

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit our site. We collect certain data via these text files (e.g. IP address, Internet browser used, operating system used). These cookies cannot be used by us to start applications on your terminal device or to transfer malware and viruses to your device. The data collected in this way will not be passed on to third parties by us. No reference to your person will be made without your consent. As a rule, browsers are preset so that cookies are accepted. If you do not wish cookies to be used, you can deactivate their use by changing the settings of your browser. To do this, we recommend that you use the help function of your browser to find out how to change the settings accordingly. The use of our website is then still possible, but under certain circumstances only to a limited extent.

Used cookies and their storage duration

The following cookies are used on our website, unless you have deactivated the acceptance of cookies in your browser:

The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, in the event that IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before this happens. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
